Crypto Market in Red as $215bn is wiped of CryptoCurrency Market; Bitcoin trades less than $24,000

Binance , the world's biggest cryptocurrency exchange, said that it had temporarily suspended withdrawals on its bitcoin network. It said that bitcoin could still be withdrawn on its other networks.  Bitcoin again plummeted to an all-time low of $23,000 on Monday, June 13, 2022. About 180, 000 traders have lost $520 million, as the largest crypto dips to the lowest point in months, a price not seen since December 2020. The company said it made the decision because some transactions had gotten "stuck" and were causing a backlog.  "Binance will reopen withdrawals on the bitcoin (BTC) network once our withdrawal system becomes stable, and we will notify users in a further announcement," the company said in a statement. American Amanda Anisimova will face off against Polish tennis star Iga Świątek in the Wimbledon women's singles final on Saturday. No. 13 seed Anisimova secured her place in the Wimbledon final in a nail-biting match, defeating world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka with a score of 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 on Centre Court. This achievement comes 18 months after Anisimova stepped away from tennis to focus on her mental health after the death of her father and tennis coach. With this victory, Anisimova became the first American to reach the Wimbledon final since Serena Williams in 2019. Anisimova will face Iga Świątek, who dominated Belinda Bencic with a score of 6-2, 6-0 to reach her first Wimbledon final. Nigerian Superstar Davido has recently become the first in Africa to purchase the all new $1m Lamborghini Revuelto. View this post on Instagram A post shared by MEB (@michaelehinderosblog) The Revuelto accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed exceeding 350 km/h (217 mph).  The plug-in hybrid system focuses on performance enhancement rather than solely on fuel efficiency, offering instant acceleration alongside the traditional V12 engine sounds.  The Lamborghini Revuelto is a supercar that serves as the successor to the Aventador. It combines a 6.5-liter V12 engine with three electric motors, resulting in a total output of 1,015 horsepower. The Revuelto features a new eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and is the first Lamborghini to utilize a plug-in hybrid powertrain.

Preliminary Reports on London Bound Air India Flight 171 that killed 260 people

Fuel to the engines of Air India Flight 171- which crashed killing 260 people in June - was cut off moments after take-off, a preliminary investigation report has found. According to data from the flight recorder, both of the plane's fuel control switches moved from the run to the cut-off position in the space of a second, shortly after take-off. In recovered cockpit voice recordings, the report said one of the pilots can be heard asking "hey did you cut off?" to which the other pilot replied he "did not do so". It is not clear which pilot said what. The London-bound Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed less than a minute after taking off on 12 June from Ahmedabad airport in western India, killing 260 people, most of them passengers. One British national miraculously survived the crash.
